AB Follicular  lymphoma  (FL)  is  an  indolent  lymphoid  neoplasm  that  is  derived  from  mutated  germinal  center  B  cells  and  exhibits  a  nodular  or  follicular  histologic  pattern.  It  is  typically  composed  of  a  mixture  of  small,  cleaved  follicle  center  cells  referred  to  as  centrocytes  and  large  noncleaved  follicular  center  cells  referred  to  as  centroblasts.Histologic  transformation  to  diffuse  large  B-cell  lymphoma  (DLBCL)  occurs  at  a  rate  of  about  3%  per  year.
